Try SUP YOGA!! That's right, yoga on a paddleboard. Thinking no way? Think again. You'll be surprised what your body is capable of doing! Believe it or not majority of my students are brand spankin new to yoga and SUP. You'll be just fine. All levels are welcomed and encouraged!
Challenge and connect with your mind and body for a 75 minute yoga practice on the water with the sun shining above, the sound of rapids and birds chirping in the background. While building core strength and balance, be prepared to fall in the water as well and laugh!! We're in the south y'all, you're gonna want to fall in. We grow stronger by falling and getting right back up again. Reward yourself in the end with a deep relaxation while floating on your board. It'll be an experience you never forget!
